BARBECUE CHICKEN
QUESADILLA-- Oven roasted chicken, red onions, fresh cilantro,
mozzarella cheese and our own barbecue sauce stuffed into a flour
tortilla and grilled to perfection. Served with a smoked onion dipping

ONION BREAD--French bread slices loaded with oven roasted onion, garlic,

five ounce pan seared chicken breast topped with roasted poblano peppers
and melted Monterey Jack cheese. Served on a grilled bun with honey

SANDWICH-- Thinly sliced pastrami served warm on toasted rye bread with
mayo, hard cider sauerkraut and our house made beer mustard. $7.25
ANCHO BEAN BURGER--
Anasazi beans, poblano peppers, corn and onions go into these handmade
bean burgers which are pan seared and topped with Monterey jack cheese
