APPETIZERS
MANILA CLAMS- Fresh Manila clams steamed in garlic,
butter, fresh ginger and beer. Served with toasted French bread. $12.95
QUESADILLA- A flour tortilla filled
with Anasazi beans, pepper jack, cheddar and Fontina cheeses, red onions
and roasted Poblano peppers then grilled and served with a roasted
tomatillo salsa and sour cream. $5.75
ROASTED GARLIC & ONION BREAD- French
bread slices loaded with oven roasted onion, garlic, and butter. Served
hot. $3.75 Add melted gorgonzola cheese. $2.00
CHIPS AND SALSA- Fresh tomatoes,
onions, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and chipotle peppers combined for

CAESAR- Our own dressing, made
without raw eggs, tossed with crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese,

fire-roasted corn, Monterey jack cheese and a creamy barbecue/chipotle

CREAMY CURRY SALAD- Romaine lettuce
with tossed with red onions, candied walnuts, red grapes, celery and our

SWEET PEAR AND SPINACH- Tender
spinach tossed with diced pears, red onions, gorgonzola cheese, and

*THE MOON BURGER- A six ounce, lean,
hand formed patty, char-grilled and topped with melted cheddar cheese
and caramelized onions. Served with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on a
toasted bun. $6.95
SMOKED TURKEY- Thinly sliced smoked
turkey breast piled high on toasted French bread with lettuce, tomato,
red onion, and pesto mayo. $7.50
ITALIAN MEATLOAF- A seasoned blend
of ground beef and pork served warm on a toasted French roll with pesto
mayo, caramelized onions, melted mozzarella and a zesty tomato sauce.

GRILLED LAMB- Lamb is sliced thin,
marinated, then grilled with red onions. Served with tsatsiki and mayo
on a toasted French roll. $8.25
ANASAZI BEAN BURGER- Our hand made
seasoned Anasazi bean patty is pan seared, topped with cheddar cheese,
and served on a toasted bun with lettuce, mayo, red onion and tomato.

BUFFALO CHICKEN- A lightly breaded
chicken breast topped with our own hot sauce, melted mozzarella cheese
and a carrot/celery slaw, served on a toasted bun with blue cheese

JAMAICAN PORK- A tender pork loin is
seasoned with Jamaican jerk seasoning, char-grilled and served on a
toasted bun with mayo and pineapple salsa. $9.25

LINGUINI CON VONGOLE- Manila clams
steamed in garlic, butter, chicken stock and red chili flakes then
tossed with linguini noodles. Garnished with parmesan cheese and served

SALPICON- A traditional Texan beef
taco with shredded beef, chipotle peppers, jack cheese, red onions,
cilantro and roasted pablano peppers. Served with warm flour tortillas,
green rice and an Ancho aioli. $10.50
TACOS DE PESCADO- Two warm flour
tortillas stuffed with crispy beer battered cod, shredded cabbage and
Mexican white sauce. Garnished with a lime wedge, a radish and a roasted

GARLIC AND CHEESE RAVIOLIS- Garlic
and three cheese stuffed raviolis topped with a mushroom cream sauce.

SALMON CAKES- Two hand formed salmon
cakes are pan seared, oven finished and drizzled with a sour cream/dill
sauce. Served with smashed Yukon Gold potatoes and a fresh cucumber
